How I Lost Weight With Fasting Diets

Hi there. My name is Brian and I am a serial dieter. I’ve always been just a little bit bigger than I’d like and over the years have tried out dozens of different ways to lose weight from the Atkins Diet to Weightwatchers and more.

If I’m honest, I have generally managed to lose weight with each of these diets because I’m pretty good at sticking to the rules but soon enough I start to get bored with them.
